 130 g Zaļie zirnīši (saldēti)
 100 g Leek
 96 g Carrot
 70 g Whole grain couscous
 2 Dārzeņu buljona kubiņi (2 x 5g, var nelikt)
 Sāls, lauru lapas garšvielas pēc vajadzības

Liek katlu ar ūdeni uz plīts.

Sasmalcina, sarīvē dārzeņus.

Ja izmanto svaigu Lasi - liek to pannā, ielej nedaudz ūdeni, uzliek pannai vāku un izsautē.

Katlā ar karstu ūdeni liek buljona kubiņus, lauru lapas, garšvielas, dārzeņus un vāra.

Lasi atdala no asakām un sadala mazos gabaliņos.

Katlā ar dārzeņiem pievieno sasmalcināto lasi. Vāra gatavu.
