Cheese - carrot cake with Mozzarella
Again, something very tasty and satisfying. Tortilla cake. And it's so easy to make.

All the ingredients of the base are cut, mixed everything, covered in a baking pan and baked at ~ 175 degrees almost ready.
Grate the carrots, cut the peppers and sauté in a pan. Cool.
Grate the cheese and mix with the carrots and peppers.
Mix yogurt with adjika and smear the base.
Put tomato slices on top, cover the carrot - paprika-cheese mixture on top.
Put everything in the oven and bake for another ~ 15 minutes.
