Pie with turkey, courgettes and tomatoes

 3 Eggs
 200 g Egg white
 700 g Kabacis
 260 g Turkey fillet (for me it was previously prepared as a roast, but can also be dried, for example)
 170 g Rice flour (or any other)
 150 g Skimmed milk curd
 80 g Leek
 30 g Greens (dill, parsley)
 20 g Garlic
Ingredients For Top
 400 g Tomato
 198 g Bell pepper (paprica)
 185 g "Strongman" cheese
 150 g Natural yogurt
 95 g Carrot
 85 g Adjika
 Salt, spices of your choice

All the ingredients of the base are cut, mixed everything, covered in a baking pan and baked at ~ 175 degrees almost ready.

Grate the carrots, cut the peppers and sauté in a pan. Cool.

Grate the cheese and mix with the carrots and peppers.

Mix yogurt with adjika and smear the base.

Put tomato slices on top, cover the carrot - paprika-cheese mixture on top.

Put everything in the oven and bake for another ~ 15 minutes.
