Lavash cake with orange - lemon curd cream
Servings4 Serving
CategoryDifficultyEasy
Ingredients
6 Mini lavash (6x20g Prima Food)
250 g Fresh cheese Ricotta 11% or Philadelphia light 11%
 180 g Skimmed milk curd
250 g Freshly squeezed orange juice
50 g Freshly squeezed lemon juice
 25 g Gelatin
Vanilla (I also added a little turmeric)
 Sweetener of choice and need
Directions
1

Squeeze orange and lemon juice. Pour the juice into a saucepan, add the sweetener and heat / boil it (otherwise the gelatin may not be picked up). Cool.

2

Pour the gelatin into the juice and swell (just enough to swell the gelatin).

3

Add ricotto, the rest of the fruit juice, sweetener to the cottage cheese, if necessary, and cover everything.

4

The gelatin is dissolved in a hot water bath and added to the curd mass. Mix, allow to solidify.

5

When the cream has hardened, mix it again and smear it between the lava slices.

6

Top with coconut chips and dark chocolate.
