I am Ineta Rijniece – a certified trainer and nutrition specialist with more than 30 years of experience in fitness and healthy lifestyle promotion.
Since 2006, I have been actively participating in Latvian and international competitions, representing Latvia in IFBB, WFF, NABBA, and NAC championships. I have won numerous awards, including several Overall Winner titles and first-place finishes in the Bodyfitness, Figure, and Athletic categories.
This experience allows me not only to develop myself, but also to help others achieve their goals – to lose excess weight, get in better shape, and live healthier lives. In short, to look and feel better.
Since my teenage years, sports have been an integral part of my life. At a time when information was scarce, I spent a lot of time studying different types of training and the science of nutrition —knowledge that I now use to create weight loss menus, personalised nutrition plans, and training programs for my clients.
I'm over 50 now.
But.
I feel like I'm 30
My knowledge and years of experience have helped thousands of people—men and women of all ages—improve their well-being and physical fitness.
And.
Experience shows that this is possible at any age.
Every “thank you” from a clients confirms that I am on the right track.

My Basic Principles of Healthy Weight Loss
One chocolate candy contains an average of about 60 calories, 100 g of chicken fillet contains about 110 calories, and 100 g of green vegetables contains about 25 calories. 5 chocolates = 200 g of chicken fillet with 300 g of vegetable salad. It's simple - we need to learn how to combine foods correctly so that what we eat is delicious and provides us with all the necessary nutrients, and there are no extra calories that our body turns into fat.
- There are no miracle cures for weight loss (super diets, pills, etc.). If there were, we wouldn't see so many overweight people on the streets.
- You can eat everything, but you need to keep track of how many calories are being eaten and your diet needs to be balanced to get all the nutrients you need.
- You have to stick to the prepared diet and planned meals, because a lot of extra calories are ingested when you have a snack.
- When losing weight, the desired calorie deficit should be within 10-20%. Sports are preferred but not required.
