Ingredients
 600 g Chanterelles (or champignons, or any other mushrooms)
 400 g Frozen Vegetable Mix "Mexico"
 100 g Pearl barley (or any other cereal, or legumes that you like)
 100 g Tomatoes cherry
 100 g Onion
 70 g Greens (green onion feather, parsley, dill)
 50 g Spinach
 20 g Garlic
 250 ml Coconut milk (18 %)
 100 ml Dry white wine
 2 Vegetable bouillon cubes
 Salt to taste

Cut washed, cleaned mushrooms, onions, and garlic, and put them in a pan slightly greased with oil. Sauté ~15 min.

Add hot vegetable bouillon (dissolve the bouillon cubes in 500 g of water), pearl barley rinsed in cold water, and frozen vegetables. Sauté for another ~10-12 min. Add water as needed.

Add wine, spices, tomatoes, and coconut milk. Mix everything and let it simmer on low heat for another ~10-15 min.

Add spinach and greens at the very end.

Water is added as needed - depending on how thick/liquid you want this dish to be in the end.
