How I like easy and quick snacks! Before that I made "quick pizza" on lavash and the other half of lavash remained and one overripe, already blackened banana fell asleep again in the refrigerator. Needless to say!

 1 Lavash Whole grain or "Classic" (120g)
 1 Eggs (may not be available)
 200 g Skimmed milk curd
 200 g Banana
Preparation

Lavasa is cut into six equal parts.

The egg whites are separated from the yolks.

Curd blended with egg whites, add sliced banana.

The mass is placed on a lava corner and satin "corner".
