 160 g Whole wheat flour
 100 g Hot water
 30 g Coconut oil
 Sweetener
Ingredients for filling
 3 Eggs
 250 g Skimmed milk curd
 150 g Blueberries
 Vanilla, sweetener
Directions

Add oil, sweetener to hot water and add to flour. Mix the dough and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Cottage cheese is blended with egg yolks, vanilla, sweetener.

Whisk the egg whites into a strong foam.

Add blueberries to the curd mass, mix.

Add and gently stir in the whipped egg whites.

Put in the oven at 175-180 degrees and bake ready.
