 60 g Lavash (1/2 from "Prima Food")
 2 Small eggs
 160 g Fresh vegetable salad (new cabbage, paprika, cucumber, Korean carrot salad)
 50 g Processed cheese Dzintars “Baltija” (or cream cheese “Latgale” or Philadelphia light ”)
Directions

Beat two eggs and bake a pancake.

Cut the cabbage, cut the peppers and cucumbers. Mix everything, add salt.

Spread lavash with cheese, and put on top of vegetables and scrambled eggs.
