Stew of Vegetables, Turkey Fillet and Mushrooms in Coconut Milk

 800 g Water
 600 g Turkey or chicken fillet
 688 g Butternut squash
 354 g Courgette
 335 g Bell pepper (paprika)
 250 g Mushrooms (I used champignons)
 168 g Carrot
 152 g Onion
 120 g Tomatoes cherry
 100 g Rice (I had basmati rice)
 35 g Spinach
 20 g Garlic
 1 Chilli pepper
 250 g Coconut milk 18% (or sweet cream 10-15%)
 Spices of your choice

Cut the vegetables: zucchini, bell pepper, pumpkin, carrot, chilli pepper.

Cut the turkey fillet and mushrooms into strips. Place in a pan and fry in 3 g of oil (until the water evaporates). Set aside.

Pour water into a pot, bring it to a boil, and add rice (which has been rinsed beforehand to remove starch). Boil for about 15 minutes, add the cut vegetables, salt, spices, and simmer/saute everything over low heat until ready.

At the very end, add coconut milk, tomatoes, and spinach. Bring to a boil.
