Goulash soup with turkey

Well, I really wanted my goulash soup too. Of course, in its "style and taste". This time I use turkey meat, which with its fibers quite well resembles beef.

 386 g Bell pepper (paprica)
 200 g Carrot
 20 g Garlic
 1800 g Water
 5 g Oil
 Salt, pepper, thyme, bay leaves, paprika powder, chilli, cumin, a little lemon juice.

Put on a stove pot with water to which all the spices are added.

Cut the meat into small pieces and place in a heated pan with minimal oil smear and fry quickly.

Cut all the vegetables.

When the meat is fried, put it in a pot, water, but in a pan it puts and quickly fry all the vegetables

Fried vegetables are added to the meat. Also add chopped tomatoes. Boil ready.
