 150 g Milk
 100 g Berries or fruits (I have frozen black currants and raspberries)
 50 g Whole oat flakes
 16 g Chia seeds
 Sweetener

Add chia seeds to oatmeal and pour with milk. Add any of the sweeteners as needed.

Put in the fridge for at least a couple of hours to let the flakes and chia seeds swell. It is better to do it the night before and in the morning you will have a delicious breakfast.

Cook the berries with sweetener and squeeze or blend.

In the morning, top the oatmeal with berries and enjoy a delicious breakfast.
