Dumplings with pumpkin and dried cranberries

 1 Egg
 150 g Pumpkin
 65 g Whole wheat flour
 30 g Dried cranberries (or raisins or apricots)
 15 g Oat bran
 10 g Extra virgin olive oil
 ½ tsp. Baking powder
 Vanillin
 Cinnamon
 Sweetener of your choice

Fresh pumpkin cut into small pieces and for 5 - 6 minutes. put in the microwave. Or evaporate on the stove in a saucepan. Cool.

Blend the egg with the pumpkin.

Add flour and oat bran (bran I grind finely in a coffee grinder, but you can not do it), mixed with baking powder

Dried cranberries are added to the mass. Mix everything.

The mass is mixed and placed in 3 silicone molds.

Bake at 175 degrees for ~ 25 minutes.
