 100 g Medjool Dates
 150 g Milk 2%
 50 g Whey protein (with vanilla flavour for me)
Preparation

Pour hot water over the dates and let them soak for about 20 minutes

Fry the protein in a pan over low heat until it turns a caramel colour.

 Place the fried protein in a saucepan, add the milk, and bring to a boil while stirring. Add the soaked dates. Blend everything until smooth.
Spread it on breakfast rolls, crackers, and pancakes – and enjoy!
