Carrot tortilla with cheese

I decided to try the new Santa Maria carrot tortilla and it was delicious.

Ingredients
 1 Egg
 4 Carrot tortillas (4 × 40 g)
 100 g Boiled carrots (you can also finely grate fresh carrots)
 65 g 10% cheese or other skim cheese of your choice (you can put 50/50 with skimmed cheese - that's what I did, but only with cheese tastier)
 20 g Greens (bows, dill)
 Garlic, salt to taste
Directions

Prepare the filling: grate eggs, carrots, cheese, chop the greens.

Place 60 g of the filling on the tortilla: moisten the edges of the tortilla with wet fingers, fold the tortilla and press the edges tightly together with a fork.

Put on the pan to fry on both sides
