Chicken fillets, broccoli and rice cutlets

We are all very much looking forward to spring, well, we want that greenery… Well, well, if not outside the window, then at least on a plate…
Rinse the rice and bring to a boil in water (280 g). Bring to a boil, cut off over low heat and boil until the water has evaporated.
Broccoli is divided into rosettes, peppers are cut. Make all the vegetables steamed. You can do it in a special steaming pot, you can just fry it.
Cut and fry 5 g of oil onions and garlic.
Drain the tuna and squeeze.
Boiled rice in a deep pan, add fried onions, garlic, vegetables, tuna, salt, pepper, spices of your choice. Stir everything together and steam.
