 1.70 l Water
 866 g Pumpkin
 879 g Cauliflower
 400 g Mushroom
 300 g Carrot
 170 g Processed cheese "Dzintars" with greens (7,5%)
 70 g Onion
 Parsley, dill
 Herb salt, garlic pepper, spices of your choice
Directions

Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into rosettes.

Put the vegetables in a pot, add water, add spices and sauté until soft.

Meanwhile, cut the mushrooms, onions and sauté.

Cover the vegetables, add the melted cheese and bring to a boil (do not burn).

Add mushrooms stewed with onions, greens.
