
Cereal purée soup with vegetables, ginger and chilli seeds
It's a slightly different soup, or should I say puree soup.

Cut the mushrooms and fry in a lightly oiled pan. Set aside.
Boil 1.5 liters of water and put "Smart Grains" in 2 sachets. Boil for 12 minutes. Then remove, add salt and allow to swell.
Cut peppers, carrots, onions, garlic, greens.
The cereals are "unpacked", placed in a bowl and cooled.
Pour a tablespoon of oil (20g) in a pan, heat and add the onions and garlic. Fry for 1 minute, add the carrots and fry, stirring, until the carrots are almost ready.
Add peppers, mushrooms - mix everything and bake for ~ 5 minutes.
Add "Smart Grains", green peas, greens. Stir and cook for another ~ 5 minutes.

It has been a long time since we usually have meat / fish, something from cereals and, of course, vegetables at lunch. I figured it all out and here's what came together.

Breakfast, or just as good afternoon cottage cheese - cheese scones. Or you can bake small pancakes just as well.
