Ingredients
 500 g Mushrooms (or any other mushroom)
 200 g Carrot
 180 g Smart grains (No.2) or any other cereals or pulses
 160 g Bell pepper (paprica)
 160 g Onion
 100 g Green peas (I use frozen)
 80 g Greens (green onion feather, parsley, dill)
 20 g Garlic
 20 g Oil
 1.50 l Water + as needed
 Herb salt, peppercorns, dried herbs

Cut the mushrooms and fry in a lightly oiled pan. Set aside.

Boil 1.5 liters of water and put "Smart Grains" in 2 sachets. Boil for 12 minutes. Then remove, add salt and allow to swell.

Cut peppers, carrots, onions, garlic, greens.

The cereals are "unpacked", placed in a bowl and cooled.

Pour a tablespoon of oil (20g) in a pan, heat and add the onions and garlic. Fry for 1 minute, add the carrots and fry, stirring, until the carrots are almost ready.

Add peppers, mushrooms - mix everything and bake for ~ 5 minutes.

Add "Smart Grains", green peas, greens. Stir and cook for another ~ 5 minutes.
