
Omelette with cheese, tomatoes and green onions
One of the greatest breakfast dishes for me is an omelette. Its variations are endless. I offer one of them!
It's a slightly different soup, or should I say puree soup.

Dice the turnip (or celery), carrots and tomatoes. Chop the onion and garlic. Grate the ginger.
Pour the water into the pot and add all the ingredients. Bring to the boil. Add the spices.
Turn off the heat to a low and simmer (~40 min) until ready.
