Strawberry baskets (without eggs and flour)

It has been a long time since we usually have meat / fish, something from cereals and, of course, vegetables at lunch. I figured it all out and here's what came together.
Grind the chicken fillet.
Pumpkin, leeks, garlic, chopped greens.
Sprinkle the couscous with boiling water, place a plate on top of the dish and leave to swell.
Add vegetables, couscous, spices to the chicken fillet, mix everything, make meatballs and place on a baking paper or silicone mat.
Bake for ~ 50 min ~ 175 degrees.
