 200 g Egg white
 100 g Skimmed milk curd
 80 g Natural yogurt Skyr
 70 g Whole oat flakes
 50 g 10% cheese
 50 g Green bows,
 21 g Garlic
 Salt, pepper, spices

Egg whites blend with cottage cheese, yogurt.

Add the oatmeal and cover again.

Add green onions, garlic, frost, spices, grated cheese and leave to swell.

Then the mass is poured with oil in a minimally greased pan and baked for ~ 8 minutes (at a very low temperature on one side so that it "sticks" and can be turned), inverted and fry a little on the other side.

Serving for two or 2 meals. Can be used as a base on which to spread fresh cheese, put lettuce leaves and beautiful, aromatic tomato slices.
