 100 g Kefir
 100 g Apple (you can put raisins, dried cranberries - but then there will be more Kcal)
 ½ tsp. Baking powder (may not be available)
 4 Almonds
 Cinnamon
 Sweetener optional, if even sweeter is required. I had enough apple and banana sweets

Blend in a banana, add cinnamon, kefir, if desired, sweetness - a sweetener and oatmeal. Mix everything and set aside to swell the oatmeal.

Stir in the apple cut into small cubes.

Make 4 cookies by hand, put almonds in the middle.

Put in the oven and bake at ~ 175 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
