Mushroom Solanka
Mushroom solanka? And why not?
I cooked this delicacy in an hour.

Prepared tarte dough: beat an egg with cottage cheese into a homogeneous mass. Add melted butter, adjika, salt, spices, flour and knead the dough. Put in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Finished filling: divide the broccoli into small rosettes and throw in boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove and cool.
The salmon is cut into small pieces (for me it was taken out of the freezer, frozen, and when it was thawed in the microwave after 10 minutes it was already "ready", so that it turns out that the salmon is ready / steamed. But it can be left fresh)
Remove the tartar dough. The dough is put into shape, forming edges, piercing the dough with a fork.
Put the filling in the middle: broccoli and salmon.
Beat 3 eggs with yogurt, salt spices and pour salmon and broccoli.
Put in the oven at 175 degrees and bake for ~ 30-35 minutes.

Something new and unusual this time. Well, a very cheesy cheesecake.

Do you like caramel? Oh, yes, that's my weakness too !!! I like everything related to caramel. And here will be one of the caramel variants that you can make at home. This time a vegan version. which is easy to prepare!
