Korean carrotsI really like Korean carrot salad. Before that I bought them ready-made, but 132 Kcal per 100 gr… Well no. I tried to make "lean" Korean carrot salad myself. You know, it worked perfectly well and only 70 Kcal per 100g.
Turkish pea salad with chickenWhen you get tired, the usual "standard" lunch (meat, side dishes, salads) gets tired to death. All this can be combined in a delicious, hearty salad and easily taken to work.
