Korean carrots

I really like Korean carrot salad. Before that I bought them ready-made, but 132 Kcal per 100 gr… Well no. I tried to make "lean" Korean carrot salad myself. You know, it worked perfectly well and only 70 Kcal per 100g.

Korean carrots
Servings5 Serving
CategoryDifficultyEasy
Ingredients
500 g Carrots (already peeled, grated).
 20 g Vinegar
 20 g Oil (I use garlic oil)
 21 g Garlic
 5 g Hot peppers
 5 g Coriander
 5 g Salt
 Sweetener or sugar
Directions
1

Add salt to the carrots and allow them to soften slightly.

2

Mix / squeeze them by hand.

3

Mix all the other ingredients in a separate bowl.

4

Mix everything, add the carrots and mix thoroughly. Put in a container to "ripen".

Ps I also like to add them as an addition to various salads - both vegetable and meat cooked.
