 120 g Ready avocado
 150 g Natural yogurt
 100 g Kefir 2%
 40 g Helmans light mayonnaise
 30 g Greens
 Garlic, lemon juice, salt, ginger
Ingredients for salads
 250 g Chinese cabbage
 250 g Chicken fillet (I had smoked chicken breast)
 3 Boiled eggs
 170 g Pickles
 250 g Cherry tomatoes
Preparation

First prepare the sauce and blend all the sauce ingredients.

Cut all the salad ingredients and mix with the sauce.
