 4 Eggs
 400 g Carrot
 300 g Smoked chicken breast and / or meat (ideally, of course, steamed chicken fillet, kcal calculated as chicken for meat). Weight is indicated for ready-made, cut meat.
 350 g Pickles
 280 g Canned green peas
 160 g Onion
 60 g Dill, parsley
Ingredients for "mayonnaise"
 2 Ready avocado
 20 g Garlic (you can adjust it yourself, who likes more; oh, who likes less)
 60 g Kefir (0.5%)
 150 g Natural yogurt
 1 tsp. Honey
 1 tsp. Mustard

Boil eggs and carrots.

Grate the eggs, cut all the other ingredients, add spices.

Blend all the ingredients of "mayonnaise".
