 240 g Kefir (2%)
 150 g Fresh strawberries (or other berries, fruits)
 40 g Chia seeds
 10 g Maple leaf syrup - but you can do it
 Sweetener (optional)
 Mint leaves

Add sweetener and seeds to the kefir.

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to allow the seeds to swell.

In a dessert dish, put a spoonful of here-kefir "cream", cut strawberries on top, small mint leaves, then again here-kefir "cream", strawberries.

Slightly sprinkled with syrup on top.
