Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices.
Beat the eggs with sweetener and vanilla sugar (16 g) for ~3 minutes until volume increases considerably.

Sift the flour with baking powder and add to the egg mixture. Beat everything. When the dough becomes homogeneous, add the apples and mix so that the dough covers each slice of apple.
Pour the dough into a mould, place it in an oven heated to 170 °C and bake for ~35-40 minutes.
