Ingredients for the Foundation
 200 g Skimmed milk curd
 80 g Egg white (or 2 egg whites)
 45 g Whole grain flour (I use corn, the amount depends on the moisture content of the curd)
 1 tsp Baking powder
 Herb salt
 Provence spice
Ingredients for Stuffing
 100 g Skimmed milk curd
 200 g Cumin Cheese (10%)
 80 g Egg white
 40 g Green feather onion
 Salt as needed
Preparation

Skimmed milk cheese is blended with egg whites, flour, baking powder, herb salt, Provencal herbs and kneaded wet dough.

With wet hands, place the dough on a tray and form round baskets with edges.

In the middle puts crushed cottage cheese with egg whites, mixed with grated cheese and sliced onions.

Put in the oven and bake ready for ~ 20 minutes.
