
Buns with meat and cheese

While the shops offer good prices for caraway cheese, we bake delicious breakfast cheesecakes.

Skimmed milk cheese is blended with egg whites, flour, baking powder, herb salt, Provencal herbs and kneaded wet dough.
With wet hands, place the dough on a tray and form round baskets with edges.
In the middle puts crushed cottage cheese with egg whites, mixed with grated cheese and sliced onions.
Put in the oven and bake ready for ~ 20 minutes.
