Chicken salad

What about a holiday without a meat salad? Especially if they are so uniquely delicious, healthy and dietary.

 300 g Lean meat (I use smoked chicken breast)
 3 Eggs
 130 g Onion
 400 g Pickled cucumbers
 295 g Canned green peas
 50 g Scallions
Ingredients for mayonnaise
 200 g Ready avocado
 120 g 2% kefir
 120 g Natural yoghurt (makes so much yogurt / kefir that the consistency of mayonnaise is similar to real "mayonnaise")
 12 g Garlic
 50 g Greens (dill, spinach, basil, lemon pepper, 1 teaspoon honey (may not be))
 Salt to taste
Directions

Rape carrots.

Cut chicken breast, onion, pickles, carrots. Grated eggs.

Mix everything, add canned peas.

Finished sauce: avocado stuffed with kefir, yogurt.

.Add salt, lemon pepper, pepper, honey. All spices are "adjusted" to your taste buds.
