Let's spoil ourselves with healthy candies!
A very tasty snack without sugar and sweeteners.

In a food processor, grind the rice galettes and (not into powder!).
Roast the peanuts in a pan (or with pulses in the microwave) and chop them finely.
If the dried dates and apricots are not soft, pour hot water over them and leave for ~20 minutes.
Blend the soaked dates and apricots with a blender. Mix the two masses (a sticky mass is formed).
Melt the chocolate (either in a hot water bath or in the microwave) and add to the dry ingredients.
Mix everything and spread on a baking paper ~1 cm thick. Or roll into balls.
Place in the fridge to harden.
Remove from the fridge and cut the tasty mixture into the desired sizes.
The sweets must be stored in the fridge.
