So delicious! And so simple that even the laziest of lazy people can cook it quickly.
According to the wishes of a project participant, I prepared a healthy chicken gallery. And, it's delicious!

Put the cut meat in a saucepan with water (1 liter) and bring to a boil. When foaming begins, remove the foam.
Add onions cut into 4 parts, whole garlic cloves, peeled carrots (can be cut into slices), all spices.
When the meat is tender, remove it and drain the broth through a sieve.
I leave only the boiled carrots from the broth. But, for example, garlic can be stuffed in broth. I removed the onions and garlic and did not use them further.
Pour 15 g of gelatin with 80 g of cold water.
The meat is minced (it can also be ground if such cold meat tastes better).
Put the meat in dishes or one large. Placing green peas and carrots at the bottom.
Add the swollen gelatin to the hot broth, stir and pour over the meat.
Put in the refrigerator to freeze.
