Servings10 Servings
CategoryDifficultyEasy
Ingredients
 2 Eggs
 400 g Cabbage
 70 g Flour (I use corn flour)
 70 g Natural yogurt (I use Amphora)
50 g 10% cheese (or other flat cheese)
 30 g Greens
 14 g Garlic
 Salt, pepper, spices as needed
Preparation
1

Finely chop the cabbage and slightly boil in boiling water.

2

Pour off excess water, add eggs, yogurt, squeezed garlic, spices, flour.

3

Grate and stir in the cheese, add the greens.

4

With a spoon place the "meatballs" on a baking sheet and place in the oven at 175 degrees for ~ 30 minutes.

5

Or you can fry in a pan under the lid, at a low temperature, without boiling the cabbage before, just chopping fresh.

Serve with avocado sauce. Recipe: https://dietsabc.com/recipes/avokado-majoneze-dip-merce/

Lavash pie and pizza with mushrooms

Lavash pie and pizza with mushrooms

I don't always succeed as planned. This time I was planning to bake lavash pies. However, the lavash was so dry that it broke before I could cut it the way I wanted it to. The result is one large patty and a 2-story pizza.
