From time to time I have "endless" periods. And right today in the market, beautiful green cabbage is looking at me.
Finely chop the cabbage and slightly boil in boiling water.
Pour off excess water, add eggs, yogurt, squeezed garlic, spices, flour.
Grate and stir in the cheese, add the greens.
With a spoon place the "meatballs" on a baking sheet and place in the oven at 175 degrees for ~ 30 minutes.
Or you can fry in a pan under the lid, at a low temperature, without boiling the cabbage before, just chopping fresh.
Serve with avocado sauce. Recipe: https://dietsabc.com/recipes/avokado-majoneze-dip-merce/

A refreshing cocktail for a steamy evening. It is also a great substitute for dinner.
I made this delicacy from what was left in the fridge. My "Slimming Team" affectionately called it "Siereli." May it stay that way!
Iedvesmojoties no iepriekš gatavotās tik ļooti gardās ruletes es izcepu šo – visiem mīlētājiem -:)
