Servings10 Serving
CategoryDifficultyEasy
Ingredients
 2 Eggs
 400 g Cabbage
 70 g Flour (I use corn flour)
 70 g Natural yogurt (I use Amphora)
50 g 10% cheese (or other flat cheese)
 30 g Greens
 14 g Garlic
 Salt, pepper, spices as needed
Directions
1

Finely chop the cabbage and slightly boil in boiling water.

2

Pour off excess water, add eggs, yogurt, squeezed garlic, spices, flour.

3

Grate and stir in the cheese, add the greens.

4

With a spoon place the "meatballs" on a baking sheet and place in the oven at 175 degrees for ~ 30 minutes.
