Carrot, cabbage and apple salad
The most delicious salad of my childhood. Then, of course, they were made with fat sour cream and without eggs.
Apples instead of potatoes. It turned out very tasty and healthy too!
Cut the herring fillet into fine pieces.
Grate carrots, apples, beets and eggs.
Chop the onion.
Put the salad in the salad bowl in layers – smear mayonnaise between each layer, of course, without exaggeration:
1st layer– carrots.
2nd layer - beets
3rd layer - herring
4th layer - onion
5th layer - apples
6th layer – beets
And finish with a layer of eggs and greens.
