 2 Eggs
 110 g Banana
 100 g Skimmed milk curd
 40 g Raisins
 70 g Maize (corn) flour (or other whole grain flour)
 Vanillin
 Soda
Preparation

Raisins aplej with hot water leave to soak for 20 minutes.

Scrape the eggs thoroughly with a banana and cottage cheese into a homogeneous mass.

Add flour, soda and mix.

Stir in the raisins and divide the dough into five silicone baskets.

Bake ready for 20-25 minutes at ~ 175 degrees.
