
Cheese pizza with boiled eggs
When I want to treat myself and my family, I bake delicious protein pizza.
When very, well, I really want something sweet with coffee, but I don't want to bake anything for long.

Grind the oat bran in a coffee grinder to make the structure finer.
Mix all dry ingredients.
Beat eggs with milk, oil, sweetener.
Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ones. Divide the dough into three silicone moulds and place them in the microwave for 1.5 minutes. (I have 800W). You can also bake in the oven (~280 °C, 20 minutes).
