When very, well, I really want something sweet with coffee, but I don't want to bake anything for long.

Ingredients
 1 Egg
 40 g Milk (I use 2% but can 0.5%)
 40 g Oat bran (I buy RIMI, Myllyn Paras, gluten-free section)
 15 g Cocoa
 1 tsp Baking powder
 5 g Oil
 Sweetener (need to put quite a bit because of cocoa bitter)
Preparation

Grind oat bran in a coffee grinder to make the texture finer.

Mix all dry ingredients.

Beat eggs with milk, oil, sweetener.

Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ones, divide the dough into three silicone molds and place in the microwave for 1.5 minutes. (I have 800W). Can also be baked in the oven (~ 280 degrees, 20 minutes).
