Chickpea buns (gluten-free)
If you are gluten intolerant, prepare gluten-free buns yourself. It's easy and fast.
When very, well, I really want something sweet with coffee, but I don't want to bake anything for long.
Grind oat bran in a coffee grinder to make the texture finer.
Mix all dry ingredients.
Beat eggs with milk, oil, sweetener.
Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ones, divide the dough into three silicone molds and place in the microwave for 1.5 minutes. (I have 800W). Can also be baked in the oven (~ 280 degrees, 20 minutes).
