 3 Eggs
 600 g Chicken fillet
 400 g Turkey meat (boneless ham, skinless, without fat)
 550 g Cauliflower
 290 g Broccoli
 120 g Onion
 25 g Garlic
 Salt, pepper, smoked paprika, etc. to taste

Grind the meat, chop the vegetables.

Mix everything, add eggs and spices.

Cutlets are formed from the mass. Lay the cutlets on a baking sheet and place them in the oven. Bake at 180 degrees for ~50-60 minutes.

For me, all the cutlets did not fit on the baking sheet and I baked the rest in a waffle pan (on the grill plate).
