Soft and delicious buns without eggs, yeast and dairy products!
I haven't baked cutlets for a long time. Well, they're baked again.

Grind the meat, chop the vegetables.
Mix everything, add eggs and spices.
Cutlets are formed from the mass. Lay the cutlets on a baking sheet and place them in the oven. Bake at 180 degrees for ~50-60 minutes.
For me, all the cutlets did not fit on the baking sheet and I baked the rest in a waffle pan (on the grill plate).
