
Millet with curd cream, raspberries and granola (porridge)
A great start to the day. Simple, quick and filling.
A restaurant-worthy dessert for all occasions!

Put half the water and unfrozen berries with sweetener in a saucepan.
Mix the other half of the water with the starch.
Bring the berries to a boil, then stir in the starch mixed with water. Bring to a boil again. Ready!
Add the egg, starch, sweetener, and vanilla to the milk. Place the mixture on the stove and heat, stirring with a whisk until it thickens and bubbles. Remove it, set it aside, and cool.
Make strong and sweet coffee in good time and cool it down.
Place the biscuits soaked in coffee in the bottom of the mould.
Spread half of the vanilla cream on top
Spread all the cherry jam on top of the vanilla cream.
Top the cherry jam with biscuits soaked in coffee.
Top the biscuits with the remaining pastry cream and sprinkle with cocoa.
