Salad with oranges, pistachios and onions marinated in raspberry vinegar

Unusual but very delicious salad.

Ingredients
 270 g Orange fillets
 100 g Salad mix
 100 g Red onion
 30 g Salted pistachios
 30 g Raspberry vinegar
 7 g Garlic
 Lemon pepper
 Salt
Directions

Cut the onions in half and then into slices and marinate them in vinegar for about 30 minutes.

Add marinated onions and some chopped pistachios to the salad mix.

Peel the oranges and cut out the fillets. Do this over the salad bowl so that the orange juice flows down on the salad when slicing fillets.

Squeeze the garlic on the salad, add salt and lemon pepper and mix everything.

Served with cod fillet baked in the oven.
