 1 Egg
 120 g Rice flour
 100 g Whole wheat flour
 80 g Apple puree (peel the apple, cut into small pieces and microwave for ~5 min.)
 50 g Butter
 5 g Baking powder
 Sweetener
Ingredients for filling
 200 g Raspberries
 100 g Blueberries
 100 g Cherries
 65 g Water
 20 g Corn starch
 Sweetener

Defrost the berries, add the sweetener and bring to the boil. Add cornstarch mixed with water. Heat, stirring, until the mixture thickens. Leave to cool.

Prepare the dough for the tart: add melted butter, apple puree, and sweetener to the egg. Add the flour mixed with baking powder and knead the dough.

Set aside a little less than 1/3 of the dough. Place the remaining dough in the tart tin forming the 'sides'. Place the cooled filling in the middle and grate the remaining dough over the top.

Place in the oven at 180 °C and bake for ~35 minutes.
