Chicken fillet meatballs with cumin cheese and new cabbage

Ingredients
 500 g Ground chicken fillet
 200 g Young cabbage
 100 g Cumin cheese 10%
 30 g Spinach
 72 g Onion
 8 g Garlic
 Salt, pepper, spices of your choice
Directions

Grind chicken fillet, finely chop onion, dill, spinach, squeeze garlic, grate cheese and cabbage on a fine grater.

Mix all ingredients.

Form meatballs with wet hands, and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper or on a silicone mat.

Place in an oven heated to 180 °C degrees and bake for ~40-45 minutes.
