Ingredients
 2 Eggs
 50 g Egg white
 30 g Greens (bows, dill)
 40 g Cherry tomatoes
 50 g Cheese Strongman (or 10% cheese or other flat cheese)
 50 g shrimp (or tuna)
 Salt, pepper to taste
Preparation

Beat the eggs with egg whites, add chopped greens, salt, spices (optional), pour the mass into the pan and fry the omelette.

When the bottom is slightly cooked, over the omelette on top of sliced shrimp, tomatoes, sprinkled with grated cheese, folded, pressed.
