Chicken fillet with couscous, broccoli and green peas
Today I pamper myself and my loved one with a delicious and, of course, healthy meal. And as always, easy and fast.
Omelettes never get tired. All the more so if they can be so diverse.
Beat the eggs with egg whites, add chopped greens, salt, spices (optional), pour the mass into the pan and fry the omelette.
When the bottom has risen a little, put sliced shrimps and tomatoes on top of the omelette, sprinkle with grated cheese, fold over and press.
Remove from the heat, replace the lid and allow the cheese to melt.
