Zucchini pizza with chicken
Everyone always tastes pizza. And it is good that it can be prepared from almost everything that can be found in the refrigerator… As of this time. 🙂
I've never had a pie as delicious as this! I recommend you make it!

Add the eggs, buttermilk and sweetener to the oats and leave to swell for ~20-30 minutes.
Cut the pear and the blue cheese into small cubes (separate the pieces of cheese from each other).
Add the egg white, buttermilk, cream cheese, cornstarch, and sweetener to 2 eggs and beat until smooth.
Pour the oatmeal mixture onto the baking sheet and spread.
Arrange the pear and cheese chunks on top. Pour the egg-buttermilk-cream cheese mixture over the top.
Place in the oven at ~170 °C and bake for ~40-45 minutes (until the top is lightly browned).

So delicious that you want again and again! Free of sugar and artificial sweeteners.

A light, tasty and quick to prepare breakfast.

And for now, it's probably my TOP cake, because it really turned out, well, very, very delicious! And most importantly, without baking!
