Chicken fillet and mushrooms cut and fry in a pan (5 g oil).
Cut the onion and garlic and add to the chicken fillet. Add salt, spices, a little water and sauté almost ready.
Add frozen vegetables, curry paste, coconut milk to the chicken fillet, mix everything, put the lid on and simmer for another 10 minutes.
It can be eaten in the same way, but can be served with rice, rice noodles, as well as with any other cereals, legumes.
