 400 g Young cabbage
 240 g Apple
 220 g Carrot
 220 g Black radish
 200 g Skimmed milk curd "Annele" Amfora 0,9%
 150 g Natural yogurt "Actifeel Greek style"
 Salt (I use herbal salt)
Directions

Finely grate the carrot, apple and black radish. Grate the cabbage on a coarse grater (or cut it finely with a knife).

Add natural yoghurt and skimmed milk curd to the salad.
