
Parsnip, cauliflower puree
The parsnip puree is very tasty and delicate. I combined it with cauliflower and it came out very, very tasty. I served it with pangasius fillet cutlets.
Health salad made from locally grown vegetables.

Finely grate the carrot, apple and black radish. Grate the cabbage on a coarse grater (or cut it finely with a knife).
Add natural yoghurt and skimmed milk curd to the salad.
Stir it up.
