
Toasts with cheese and persimmons
I have a new favorite breakfast again. At least for a while 🙂
A simple but very tasty variation for a delicious breakfast. A simple cheese bun with tomato. But it tastes especially good with whole wheat Bread!

Place 25 g of cheese on one half of the bun. Above the cheese place 40 g of tomato and again 25 g of cheese on top of the tomato.
Place the other half of the bun on top.
Repeat the same with the other bun.
Bake for a few minutes in a sandwich toaster.

I really like persimmon. It can be eaten not only fresh - it can also be used to make great desserts. In addition, quite simple, infinitely delicious and, of course, dietary.

On holidays, every day, on a picnic - they will be useful everywhere. A great alternative to chips.

The idea arose to try such a variation of sushi. Very delicious!
