 1 Armenian classic lavash (190g oval shape)
 1 Egg
 100 g Egg white
 500 g Skimmed milk curd
 250 g Ricotta fresh cheese (11%)
 150 g "Strongman" cheese
 65 g Spinach
 20 g Garlic
 15 g Basil
 Salt, pepper, sesame seeds
Directions

Finely chop the spinach, add the squeezed garlic, 100g of egg white and 1 egg white (leave the yolk to grease) and blend well.

Add cottage cheese, fresh ricotta cheese and again cover the whole mass.

Grate the cheese and stir in the curd mass.

Curd - spinach mass is smeared on lavash, rolled, smeared with egg yolk, sprinkled with sesame seeds.

Put in the oven at ~ 175 degrees for ~ 25 minutes.
