 4 Slices of wholemeal "Maiziņš" (or any other toaster bread)
 80 g Skimmed milk curd
 60 g Sweet, ripe peach
 30 g Dor blue cheese
 Sweetener or honey
Directions

Mix the cottage cheese with the sweetener and grated cheese. Slice the peach.

Place the cheese-curd mixture on two slices of bread. Place the peach slices on top.

Place the other two slices of bread on top and put them in a sandwich toaster for a few minutes.
