 3 Eggs
 400 g Apples (already peeled)
 100 g Kefir (2%), or buttermilk, or Lacto
 100 g Flour (I use corn flour)
 1 tsp. Soda
 Sweetener of your choice
 Vanilla, cinnamon

Peel the apples, cut out the core and cut into slices. Pour into a bowl, sprinkle with cinnamon and mix.

Separate egg whites from egg yolks

Beat egg yolks with kefir, sweetener, vanilla, flour.

Whisk the egg whites into a stiff foam.

Egg whites are added to the egg yolks.

At the bottom of the form, pour the apples (I leave 1/2 of the apple cut into slices to put on top) and pour over the dough. Smooths out.

Arrange the apple slices on top.

Bake in the oven at ~ 180 degrees for ~ 20-25 minutes (depending on the shape of the stove).
