 2 Eggs
 50 g Milk (2%) or kefir
 25 g Oat bran
 35 g Oatmeal (I use Fine Muesli "Dark Berry - so the biscuit is a little" blue ")
 1 tsp. Baking powder
 50 g Erythritol
Ingredients for Brown Biscuit
 2 Eggs
 50 g Milk (2%) or kefir
 25 oat bran
 25 g oatmeal (I use Fine Muesli "Dark Berry)
 10 g Cocoa
 60 g Erythritol
 1 tsp. Baking powder
Ingredients for condensed milk
 100 g Skimmed milk powder
 200 g Milk (2%)
Ingredients for cottage cheese cream
 300 g Fat curd cream Alma
 200 g Cream cheese Philadelphia Light 11% (or we make it ourselves: freeze 1 liter of kefir, then put in gauze and drain - at least 10 hours)
 100 g Dried plums
 40 g Walnuts
 Sweetener of your choice
Ingredients for coffee jelly
 80 g Espresso coffee
 100 g Natural yogurt
 5 g Gelatin
 30 g Water
 Sweetener of your choice
For decoration
 120 g Berries
 40 g Dark sugar-free chocolate RED
 40 g Milk (2%)

2 eggs separate the egg whites from the yolks.

Grind oat bran and oat flakes into a fine powder (coffee grinder).

Add egg yolks milk, ground oat bran and oat flakes, baking powder. Mix everything.

Whipped egg whites foam. Add erythritol and whisk into a stiff foam.

Carefully stir in the egg whites.

The dough is poured into a form that is previously lightly greased).

Put in the oven and bake at 170 degrees for ~ 30 minutes.

The same is done by baking a second biscuit: adding extra cocoa and reducing oatmeal by 10 g. Cool the biscuits and cut in half.

Sprinkle prunes with hot water to soak.

Pour the dried milk into the pan and fry until golden brown. They come together: it's nothing, it will be right. Cool and grind the coffee into a powder.

Pour the milk into the saucepan, add the ground milk and, stirring constantly, cook until the mass is thick. (~ 10-15 min). Cool.

Fat-free cottage cheese mixed with ricotta, add sweetener, vanilla.

Pour the plums and cut into small pieces. Grind the nuts.

Mix "condensed milk" with cottage cheese cream, plums, nuts. If necessary: add a sweetener or an essence to the aroma.

Make a cup of strong, sweet espresso.

Put 1/2 of the dark biscuit in the pastry ring, soak it thoroughly with coffee with a pastry broom, cover with a quarter of the cream

Put on top 1/2 of the light biscuit, soak in coffee and cover the second quarter of the cream.

Repeat this with the two remaining discs of the biscuit - ending with cream.

Since my shape was already full of biscuits and creams, I put a plate of acetate around to "raise" the cake and prevent the coffee jelly from spilling over. But you can also do without coffee jelly and decorate to your heart's content.

Sprinkle 5 g of gelatin with 30 g of water-swell.

Make coffee. Cool and add yogurt, sweetener.

Gelatin dissolved in a water bath (or in a microwave oven for 20 seconds) is added to the coffee. Wait for the jelly to begin to thicken slightly and pour over the cake.

Put the cake in the refrigerator. Remove in the morning and decorate.
